MBLA Academy: New Lawyer Training on Written and Oral Advocacy The MBLA academy invites new lawyers (in their first five years of practice) to participate in a training on written and oral advocacy. Thirty participants will draft a short motion based on a fact pattern presented by the MBLA. The participants will receive individual feedback on their motions, attend a panel discussion on oral advocacy and argue their motions before currently-sitting judges.
