Senior within PNC’s Legal organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Description – Sr. Counsel, Government & Regulatory Enforcement, Investigations and
Enterprise Compliance

Responsibilities
The Government Enforcement practice group manages and handles complex government and
regulatory enforcement actions and internal investigations across all lines of business,
including the retail and corporate banks, the asset management group, and the retail and
institutional broker dealers. It additionally supports the AML/BSA and Enterprise Compliance
functions, as well as provides day-to-day advice to the lines of business. The lawyer who fills
this position will manage and handle those matters, and support those functions and
businesses.
Specific Areas of Experience/Expertise Required of the Position

 Expertise handling government and regulatory enforcement actions that involve civil
and criminal inquiries directed at large corporations operating in highly regulated
industries.
 Experience interacting with management of a complex business.
 General knowledge of financial services law, including, particularly rules, regulations,
and practices of the CFPB, SEC, FINRA, and OCC is preferred.
 Experience as a federal prosecutor and knowledge of AML/BSA strongly preferred

Required Education and Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters

required.
