On October 27, 2012, the MBLA partnered with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Suffolk University Law School, Mayor Menino’s Office, the St. Peter’s Teen Center and the Bowdoin-Geneva Neighborhood Captains to organize a Community Clean-Up of the Bowdoin-Geneva neighborhood in Dorchester. We had a great turnout (over 75 people), including Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley and Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis who both came and addressed our volunteers before the clean-up began.
