On Thursday, December 18, from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. EST national civil and human rights partner organizations, including African American Policy Forum, Amnesty International, Hip Hop Caucus, Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Muslim Advocates, National Bar Association, Inc., and Rainbow PUSH Coalition, on behalf of the Civil Rights Ferguson and Police Reform Coalition will host a Virtual Town hall discussion on combatting police misconduct and brutality, the newly released racial profiling guidance by the Department of Justice and possible solutions. Councillor Jackson chairs hearings on Diversity in Higher Education

This Friday, December 19th, Councillor Tito Jackson will convene the first of a series of hearings to inquire on the state of diversity and inclusion in area colleges and universities.
