Members of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association are invited join the Massachusetts Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division for a panel discussion addressing diversity in the law firm setting. The program will focus on why diversity in law firms is important, including benefits to the firm and protections afforded under the law that may be overlooked, as well as how to increase diversity in the law firm setting and how to support diverse attorneys at your firm.
