We are deeply saddened regarding the passing of Mayor Thomas M. Menino. Mayor Menino was a great leader, striving to make a sizable difference in the lives of residents in Boston. We recognize the long-lasting impact that Mayor Menino has had on the City of Boston. As we remember the legacy that Mayor Menino left behind, the MBLA appreciates Mayor Menino’s support of our organization. We thank him especially for supporting our organization’s pipeline initiatives and community service efforts, including our Community Clean-Up events in Boston. The Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association offers our sincerest condolences to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
