NJC provides free civil legal services to low-income and elderly individuals in Northern Middlesex and Essex counties with offices in Lynn, Lawrence and Lowell. NJC provides services in the following practice areas: elder, immigration, housing, consumer protection, employment, public benefits and foreclosure prevention.
