Sania is a partner at Alves|Santos, PC and concentrates her practice on personal injury and real estate transactions. Before starting the firm, Sania was an Associate at the Flynn Wirkus Young, PC, a civil litigation firm in Quincy, Massachusetts, where she was involved in insurance defense, personal injury, employment discrimination and domestic relations.

Prior to joining FWY, Sania practiced in the Greater Boston area and volunteered at the Court Service Center in the Edward W. Brooks Courthouse Court. There, she assisted pro se litigants in understanding court rules and procedures for divorce, guardianship, custody and support actions.
