Raquel is currently a senior attorney at National Grid, where she represents the company in legal proceedings and advises clients regarding a broad range of regulatory matters. Prior to working at National Grid, Raquel was a litigation attorney at the City of Boston Law Department, where she represented the City of Boston in state and federal court and before administrative agencies in all stages of litigation involving civil rights, employment discrimination and tort law. Raquel also spent seven years as an attorney at a large law firm in Boston.
