Our nationally ranked Private Equity and Investment Funds Practice Group continues to grow and has an exciting opportunity for a senior associate or counsel attorney looking for that next step and interested in advancement. We are seeking to hire an experienced attorney interested in a partnership track opportunity to join our Boston and/or NYC office. The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) years of experience in fund formation for private equity sponsors as well as representing investors going into funds.
