The growing immigration practice of Pabian Law, LLC is seeking an immigration lawyer to manage our employment based and sports immigration practice. We are located in Framingham, 15 miles west of Boston and minutes from the Mass Pike and Route 9. Strong leadership skills, writing skills, and attention to details are a must. Duties will include: manage case load, manage and oversee paralegals, manage and disperse incoming cases, draft visa petitions including H, L, E, O and P visa petitions and PERM and extraordinary ability green card petitions, review and analyze drafted petitions, and perform other related work as required.  Employment based immigration experience is preferred but not required.
