A leading bank in Indianapolis is seeking to hire an attorney to head its legal department.
As the General Counsel, you will direct the management for the Legal Department and all legal advice and counsel to the Board of Directors, Officers and employees with regard to statutes, regulations, policies and procedures applicable to the Bank. You will also direct Government Relations and oversee Board regulatory compliance, governance and agenda preparation.
This position will report directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills. Labor & Employment experience is a plus.
