Wilson Elser’s Boston office is currently seeking a Litigation Associate.

This is an excellent opportunity for MA admitted attorneys with casualty experience who are interested in joining a dynamic team as part of a national law firm.

The Position

Qualifications
•JD from an accredited law school
•Admitted to practice in MA; Rhode Island admission is a plus
•3 — 5 years of experience handling general liability, professional liability, or casualty matters
•Federal court experience preferred
•Superior communication, writing, and research skills
•Legal project management experience is helpful

Responsibilities
•Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
•Represent clients in the practice areas of General Liability, Casualty, and Professional Liability defense
•Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
•Regularly handle court appearances and conduct depositions
•Communicate with clients and provide status reports
