The MBLA encourages all members to join this important program presented by the BBA Diversity and Inclusion Section’s Affinity Bar Leadership Institute. The topic will be Leadership Development and Succession Planning. The featured speaker will be the American Bar Association’s Elizabeth Derrico, Associate Director of the ABA Division for Bar Services.
Among some of the many topics Ms. Derrico will address are developing a pipeline of future leaders, positioning yourself as a future leader, transitioning between leaders, and best practices for filling vacant leadership positions.
The presentation will take place from 4-6pm with a reception to follow from 6-7pm. All are welcome.
