Position: Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
Office: Boston, MA
Experience: 4-6 Years of Experience
Seeking a Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of IP litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, drafting claim construction briefs and invalidity and non-infringement contentions and arguing motions in federal court. Substantial experience handling trademark, trade secret and copyright cases preferred. Admission to Massachusetts bar and U.S. District Court of Massachusetts required.
