Danielle is a partner in Choate’s Government Enforcement & Compliance Practice Group, where she represents companies and individuals in matters involving federal and state enforcement actions. Her experience includes investigations and complex litigation across a range of industries, from healthcare to financial services and public affairs. Danielle specializes in counseling pharmaceutical and medical device companies, executives, and employees on preventative compliance measures and handling allegations of fraud, false claims, and kickbacks.
In 2013, she served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted various criminal matters and tried cases to verdict.
She has been recognized for exceptional standing in the legal community in Massachusetts Super Lawyers since 2007, as a “Rising Star,” and in Mass Lawyers Weekly in 2011, as one of thirty “Up & Coming Lawyers” in Massachusetts. Additionally, she was named one of Boston’s 40 Under 40 by the Boston Business Journal in 2015.
