| LeClairRyan is currently seeking a talented mid-level Associate attorney to work with our Business Law team in the Northeast region. The Associate will join a thriving Finance practice and focus on the representation of financial institutions, including secured lenders, mortgage lenders, and private investment companies, in commercial lending transactions. Excellent documentation drafting and analytical skills are required, and commercial lending or commercial mortgage lending experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to work directly with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment. | |
| Minimum Qualifications and Skills: | |
| • Bar admission in state of residence required. • 2-5 years of transactional experience. • Commercial lending or commercial mortgage lending experience a plus. • Excellent writing and analytical skills. |
