As you begin this exciting chapter into law school, we would be thrilled if you would consider Epstein Becker Green as you explore career options. At EBG we offer 1L law students who have a specific interest in the practice of labor and employment law an opportunity to participate in our 1L Pipeline Program in the New York office. Law students who participate in this unique opportunity will get exposure to work on various project assignments, “real projects” and “real life experiences” that junior attorneys at EBG face. Additionally, one can possibly earn placement as a 2L in the firm’s Summer Associate Program the following in 2020.

Criteria: Any candidate interested in applying for this Program must meet the following criteria:

•             Must currently be considered a 1L law school candidate (i.e., first year of law school for a three year program or second year of law school for a four year program);
•             Must have a demonstrated interest (through education and/or experience) in labor and employment law; and
