Our Real Estate, Energy & Community Development Department is looking to hire an Associate to join our Affordable Housing Practice Group in our Boston office.
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in real estate transactional work and a strong interest in housing issues. Knowledge of federal and state affordable housing and community development programs and regulations is a plus. Experience closing affordable housing transactions in Massachusetts is strongly preferred.
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
