Join the BBA for an open and thought-provoking conversation about Boston’s legal community and the hard questions and taboo topics that matter to Boston’s diverse attorneys—but are seldom discussed.

Panelists will draw from their vast personal and professional experiences on wide-ranging topics such as navigating maternity/paternity leave, the challenges of being a trailblazer, dealing with unconscious bias among co-workers and clients, expectations of participation in affinity activities based on background, and how the issues and challenges you may face will evolve over different phases of your legal career.

Whether you consider yourself to be a diverse attorney or are simply interested in the topic of diversity in the Boston legal community, all are welcome to attend.  Attendees are also encouraged to share their questions and perspectives.

Networking will take place from 5:30-6:00pm. The panel will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
