Pratt Norton Wiley is the Regional Voter Protection Coordinator for Obama for America, responsible for the clear communication of voter law changes; building programs to assist in registering, educating, and voting; and, make clear what is at stake in this election for all Americans due to these voting alterations. Prior to joining President Obama’s campaign, Pratt was an attorney in the Business Department of Nutter, McClennan & Fish, where he represented clients in public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and tax-exempt bond issues. Pratt’s clients included privately held and publicly traded companies and not-for-profit institutions in industries including education, insurance, medical device, manufacturing and technology. Prior to law school, Pratt was a senior administrator at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, where he served as the special assistant to the senior vice president for Administration & Finance. He also worked at the international internet consulting group, Zentropy Partners, as a manager in the firm’s sales and marketing group. Pratt is extensively involved in civic and charitable activities. He currently serves as chair of the Shady Hill School Alumni Board and elected as a Council member of the Boston Bar Association. He is also involved in many civic and charitable organizations regarding education and civic life throughout Massachusetts. During law school, Pratt was elected president of the Law Student Association, was appointed by the dean to serve on the school’s Ad Hoc Committee on Pro Bono Service and founded and served as chair of the Business & Law Society.
