| Tech Company seeks Legal Counsel to navigate Regulation and Zoning. We seek Competent, Highly-Skilled, & Self-Motivated legal representation to help guide us through the legal minefield of business regulation. Our Tech Company will be operating in the Cannabis Industry and potential Legal Counsel should have no issue with said business model. Potential legal counsel will have knowledge of business zoning and building regulation, as it pertain to cannabis cultivation. Legal Counsel should be well versed in Corporate Law and Workers Rights. | |
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities: | |
| Insure that Company is adhering to all Regulation.
Meet with Business Partners, Local & State Politicians, Community leaders, & Law Enforcement Officials on our behalf. Negotiate & Finalize Business dealings on behalf of the Company. Give relevant information to the Company regarding Regulation. Proactively Research new regulation pertaining to the Company. Represent the Company in all legal matters. |

| Minimum Qualifications and Skills: | |
| 2 years of experience
Highly knowledgeable of Zoning laws pertaining to Boston metro area. Highly knowledgeable in Massachusetts Cannabis Regulation, Corporate Law, and Workers Rights. Working Knowledge of Mobile Applications |
