Our Securities Team in our Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Boston office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have three to four years of experience representing U.S. public companies in corporate transactions, private placements, public offerings, periodic reporting and other securities and general corporate matters. Qualified candidates will have experience assisting in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including periodic reports, current reports, proxy statements and registration statements. Experience managing, advising and coordinating public and private securities transactions from the issuer side, as well as analyzing and addressing governance, compliance and disclosure issues also required.
