| The Office of the General Counsel of Partners HealthCare is seeking a lawyer with two to four years of experience to serve a three-year term as a Fellow. The Fellowship is designed to introduce lawyers to non-profit, healthcare and in-house legal practice. The Fellowship is oriented toward corporate, contracting, and general transactional matters with some focus on biomedical research, intellectual property and licensing.
The Office, comprised of 26 attorneys, is a collaborative, full service law department providing legal services to Partners HealthCare and its affiliates, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. | Minimum Qualifications and Skills: | |
| Experience in the general corporate or health care department of a law office representing large organizations, with specific experience in biomedical research, IP and/or licensing, is preferred. Strong academic credentials, writing and interpersonal skills are required. | |
