Basic Purpose:
Eaton Vance is seeking an Attorney to join its in-house legal department to provide support to various corporate and transactional-related matters, including trust company, compliance, public company and general legal matters. Primary Responsibilities: Provide support to various corporate matters, including drafting and filing public company filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; reviewing due diligence materials and drafting and reviewing transactional documentation; and reviewing and revising the governing documents of Eaton Vance’s corporate affiliates and plans. |
