Our Global Finance Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our Boston, NYC or Chicago offices. The ideal candidate will have approximately two to three years’ experience at a large law firm representing domestic and international banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of leveraged transactions. Strong financial, analytical, drafting and negotiation skills and an ability to work independently, with direct client contact, is important.
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Our Global Finance group is distinguished by its broad range of capabilities, solid understanding of our clients’ objectives and practical approach to issues as they arise. We advise clients on all types of leveraged financings, from lower middle-market to multi-billion dollar facilities. We represent commercial and investment banks, institutional lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in leveraged cash flow and asset-based financings.
