Allyson Wilkinson is an experienced corporate attorney specializing in securities, corporate governance and capital markets. In her role as Securities Counsel at Squarespace, Inc., Allyson is a strategic advisor to its board of directors and senior management on all aspects of SEC and NYSE compliance. Allyson also advises on D&I strategy and initiatives at Squarespace as Member-at-Large of its Inclusion Advisory Council. Prior to working in-house, Allyson was a corporate associate at Mintz in Boston, representing public biotech companies and the top global investment banks in complex capital markets transactions.

 

Allyson holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. In 2020, Allyson was named an Up & Coming Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for excellence in her field. Allyson is involved in many community and charitable organizations supporting education and civic life throughout Massachusetts. Allyson is currently the Treasurer of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, the Clerk and a Founding Director of The Equity In Heart Transplant Project, and a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Black Alumni Network of Boston College Law School and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
