| Hirsch Roberts Weinstein, in Boson, Massachusetts is seeking a mid-level associate with between three and five years’ litigation experience, and a genuine interest in litigation and employment law. The ideal candidate is an excellent litigator with a working knowledge of Massachusetts state and federal rules of civil procedure, has demonstrable experience conducting discovery and drafting litigation pleadings and briefs, has a strong academic background, is responsive, takes initiative, is a strategic thinker, and takes great pride in her or his work. Candidates must work well under deadlines and have the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team. Employment law and labor law experience a plus.
