Qualified candidates will have substantial employer-side employment experience with a focus in client consultation and knowledge of executive compensation and non-competes. Related litigation experience and traditional labor experience a plus. Individuals will exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, facility with Microsoft Office, meticulous organizational skills and an ability to form and maintain strong client relationships.
