SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL (EMPLOYMENT): To serve as an advisor to the Chief Legal Counsel and the Human Resources Department with respect to federal and state employment-related laws, rules and regulations, and employment matters; with a required minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the practice of employment law and employment litigation. Representing government entities within the state and federal court system preferred.
Requirements include: J.D., with demonstrated knowledge and skills in legal analysis, document drafting, and negotiations.
LEGAL COUNSEL: To provide in-house legal support to the administrative and operating departments in compliance with Massport’s policies and procedures with an emphasis on real estate and contract law; with a required minimum of 3-5 years of relevant or transferable experience in a public agency, corporate or law firm setting with knowledge and skill in legal analysis and document drafting. Experience in commercial real estate is highly desirable.
Requirements include: J.D., with demonstrated knowledge and skills in legal analysis, document drafting and administrative, regulatory and constitutional law.
