Federal Public Defender Office for the Districts of Massachusetts/New Hampshire/Rhode Island is seeking an experienced attorney for its appellate unit located in Boston. Position requires a minimum of several years of criminal law and appellate experience, and first-rate analytical and writing skills.
Note this is a full-time, temporary (one year plus a day) appointment. Position may change to permanent subject to availability of funds.
