Stephen Hall is currently a litigation attorney with Holland & Knight LLP and is a member of the firm’s False Claims Act Team. Mr. Hall serves on the Hiring Committee for Holland & Knight’s Boston office.
Mr. Hall has experience representing clients in matters involving complex commercial litigation, qui tam actions and regulatory compliance. He represents clients in various industries, including banking, telecom, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, education, insurance and aviation. Mr. Hall also has experience with white collar defense and internal investigations.
Mr. Hall currently serves as Immediate Past-President of the MBLA. He previously served on the MBLA Board as President, President-Elect and Treasurer, served as Chair of the Finance Committee and was a member of the Programs Committee. Mr. Hall currently serves as a Trustee for the Boston Bar Foundation and is a member of the Board of Delegates for the Massachusetts Bar Association. He previously served on the Boston Bar Association’s New Lawyers Steering Committee and the Boston Lawyers Group’s Attorney Advisory Committee.
Mr. Hall also devotes his time to pro bono matters, handling cases from the Innocence Project, the Volunteer Lawyers Project and Kids In Need of Defense.
Mr. Hall participates in community and fraternal organizations. He serves on Uber’s Community Action Committee. Mr. Hall also holds the position of District Counselor for Omega Psi Fraternity, Inc. Previously, he served on the board of advisors for the YMCA.
