Burns & Levinson LLP is seeking a mid-to-senior level Patent Prosecution Associate to join our Intellectual Property Group in the Firm’s Boston Office.
We want to hear from you if you have:
  1. 3-7 years of experience in a law firm setting, with regular transactional experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications and due diligence, including freedom-to-operate studies, preferably in connection with immunotherapies (vaccines, therapeutic nucleic acid and delivery mechanisms) and molecular diagnostics;
  2. A Ph.D. in a life science is strongly preferred;
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills; and
  4. A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts bar and the USPTO.
