Sherin and Lodgen, LLP a 45+ attorney Boston law firm, has an immediate opening for a mid-level corporate associate to join the Business Law Group.  The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general transactional corporate work, including general business contracts, operating agreements, stockholders agreements, private placements, M&A, joint ventures and corporate debt and equity financings.  Experience with complex real estate joint venture agreements, commercial lending and IP is a plus.  Competitive benefits and salary commensurate with ability and experience.  Please send resume to:
